NEVER BUY FROM CYNTHIA ROWLEY…TERRIBLE…

NEVER BUY FROM CYNTHIA ROWLEY…TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY REFUSE TO DO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AFTER 7 DAYS! OVERPRICED POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE. SPREADING THE WORD TO EVERYONE! 😡

I'm so disappointed with the delivery

I'm so disappointed with the delivery, I paid 50USD for international delivery to Japan via "route" but nobody helped me when it got stuck somewhere in Tokyo--DHL is not doing anything and not giving me any directions for payment--and they shouldn't charge me anyway since it is less than 14,000yen for it to be taxed. Horrible experience/shipping for what I paid. AVOID. order WEB #163915

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND AT ANY STORE. They do not know how to run an online business in 2022, given how easy it is to shop and return these days.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

I have an email from customer service that I would be allowed to return after the 7-day window. I emailed them before I ordered the item because I knew I would be traveling and unable to return the item in time if it didn't fit.

Now that I am trying to return the item, Customer service is completely MIA - I have sent 4 emails that have not been replied to over the last 2 weeks.

Seems the only recourse is to go through your credit card company and/or file a claim in small claims court. Huge pain - why waste everyone's time like this?

Stick to ordering at stores like Nordstrom that have amazing policies, and do not support this brand at ANY retailer.

I would not recommend

This is a personal experience and I hope it's not the general rule for everyone else.

I shopped for a dress online that was on final sale. Their return policy states that items on final sale can't be refunded and I was completely aware of that.

However, the item in the picture looked absolutely nothing like the item that came to my door. For a brand that's so hyped on social media, goes to fashion week, and sells dresses for 500 dollars I found that the quality of what I bought was poor. The dress I bought was a light blue dress titled Clara Organza Dress, looked light blue on the picture. What I received was a dress made of 100% polyester fabric in a opaque turquoise color that's cero flattering and quite cheap-looking. The shipping box came all messed up and with just the dress in a plastic wrap. I would have expected way more for such a brand. When I reached out to customer service for the return, of course, they denied it because of the return policy but I would have expected at least some responsability on their side considering how important it is to be consistent with that you show in pictures and what it looks like in reality. Surprisingly the customer service did replied in time. I wouldn't recommend based on my experience and what I received and I hope this review helps other people in the future.

Worst quality ever

Worst quality ever. I have yet to purchase one item that the fabric hasn't pilled within 2 to 3 wearings, from now on when I see something with her label I put it back on the rack.

Never again

Their return policy gives you seven days and it arrived late. I won't deal with them again because there is no phone number and I could not get any help even to exchange the dress that didn't fit. It's fine for them to have such a strict policy, but I don't do business with companies who don't return emails and don't have a phone contact

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER

I will echo what everyone has said about buying from cynthiarowley.com. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Their customer service is the worst customer service of any online retailer. I purchased an item from their website and decided to return it 4 days after the order was delivered. I tried to return it on the website, but the website said that I was out of the return window. (This is inconsistent with the return policy on the shipment invoice which gives customers 7 days to return from the order being delivered.) I emailed their returns email (they don't have a customer service phone number) within the 7 day window and have since sent 4 additional emails. It has been 2 weeks, and I have not heard anything back.

If you would like to purchase a Cynthia Rowley item, I would strongly suggest not purchasing directly from them. (The same items are also available at Nieman Marcus.) I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to purchasing from their website.

Horrible customer service…the website…

Horrible customer service…the website offers a 30% discount on puffers but when you try to use the code it says already used. When I emailed them about the problem I was experiencing their response was the sale has ended. My response to her was that their site was still advertising it! Crickets….silence… so unprofessional!

RETURNS ARE A NIGHTMARE

Their return window is insanely short. 10 days from the delivery date for returns is almost impossible to adhere to with COVID restrictions and a life. They have no contact number.
